Don't be alarmed! Prospective owners will NOT be stuck with those names, they are simply an easy way to identify the dogs that are unique enough in coloring that they don't require collars. This is the "C" Dutch Shepherd Litter and so you will select a registered name that begins with a C--- followed by "vom Foxtal." As explained on the web site, "tal" means "valley" in German, and so your dog will essentially be "Chuckie from Fox Valley", as the area we live is called the Fox Valley. The river that runs through it? The Fox River, of course!
